M Squared's Annual Time Out - (Current Passport Required!)
Every year the Team at M Squared travel overseas to a destination "TBA" to hold their annual in-depth "Strategic Planning" session. This enables us to assess the year gone and to plan for the year ahead, in order to provide current and future clients with the service and support they deserve.
This also provides M Squared employees with opportunities to provide input into the direction of M Squared, and subsequently, an opportunity to develop or consider the direction of their career.
Our annual Time Out Trip doesn't only focus on "Strategic Planning", as there is a heavy focus on "Strategic Relaxing and Rejuvenating" where staff are able to have fun and relax in a social and fun manner without judgment, to congratulate them for the work they have done during the year.
