Our Bookkeeping Division works closely with our IT Department, and is staffed with a mixture of professional IT consultants and qualified bookkeeping and accounting staff. M Squared are MYOB Professional Partners and also have a MYOB Certified Consultant on staff.

What this means for clients, is that we can resolve computer conflicts involving your MYOB accounting software and provide a holistic service from both an IT and accounting perspective.

• Purchase MYOB Products or upgrades (ie. Premier, Accounting Plus, etc) from us for a reduced price.
• We can create duplicate records of your MYOB product serial number and registration details, in case you ever misplace them.
• No matter what version you have, your MYOB software will be compatible with ours, making your work more accessible.

Assistance:

• We can customise and tailor your Chart of Accounts, making the preparation of Activity Statements and the like so much easier for you.
• On start-up and during the year, we can provide you with training notes, hints and tips to make your job easier.
• We can show you how to correctly optimise, validate and backup your data files as well as how to zip them, transfer them, email them etc.
